7 minute workouts app.

After you had downloaded the new cool app called “7 minute workouts”.  As you can see they have an option at the top left side,  they have a Volume level, Voice over, Countdown,  Model Gender, Rest Duration and Exercise duration.

So we are moving on another Section of the app:

  • Introduction

– 7 minute workout is a battle tested training program scientifically proven by the NYT and HuffPost.

It is a short but intensive circuit training that doesn’t require any equipment. You can work out anywhere and at any time ONLY spending 7 minutes a day for each session.

  • Begin to work

So after you tap the “Begin Workout” you will see the begin to tap icon, and it start to countdown all you have to do is follow the instruction after this countdown.

  1. Jumping Jacks – this have a instruction and how many you would do the jump jacks. After the countdown, you have a 10 second rest before to proceed the second exercise.
  2. Wall Sit – If you had no idea about this exercise, just tap the instruction and it’s very easy to do.

You can pause, stop all the exercises and now let’s moving on to the Activity Calendar.


7 minute 4


Activity Calendar – this show you that you workouts that you have done, and you can also see your Complete and Incomplete exercises, you should return that session.

Result Tracker – this show all records that you have been did the workout.

Achievements – to motivate you do better!

Those who are really lazy when it comes on exercises like me LOL, this app is for you.  This 7 minute workout app. I really love this and my body will get sexy, fab and fit! SOON  NOW! I also wanting an abs in my abdomen  😛 This is really helpful app I’ve ever tried.

  1. This sounds fabulous! I hadn’t heard of this app until now. 7 minute work outs! Yes please! I will have to check it out!

  2. I work out every single day. Even if it’s just to get outside and go for a walk. it’s important to stay active.

  3. This looks like a good app for a quick workout! It always helps when there are timers and examples. Looks like a great ab workout.
    Make sure you also get some cardio too!

  4. Sounds like a great app! I am about to start a beachbody program. A friend of mine just became a coach and was telling me the benefits, so I said why not? I don’t think it’s quite 7 minutes, so this can be my backup plan!

  8. I swear, as soon as you change into your gym clothes – working out isn’t “that hard”. It’s just getting the motiviation to either get out the door, or put on the workout clothes (for me). Everyone has time for a daily workout, right? 🙂 🙂

  14. I had a 7 minute workout app on my iPhone. I think it was different than this one. I should try it again. I mean, I am sure I could squeeze 7 min into my day!

  17. Thanks for sharing the information about this app. I so need this. I have been so busy with work lately that even at home, all I do is think and do work. But I guess 7 minutes will not be too much of a hassle so I’d be trying this out.
