Hello mga mamshies! It’s been a while since my last blog sobrang tagal na pala. I’m here again to share with you on how to know the right skincare by looking at ingredients. Some of you asking
“mamsh anong skincare ba ang maganda?”
“Anong brand dapat sa skin ko?”
“Mamsh paano pag oily?”
I can’t really recommend any skincare products when you asked so naisip ko na mag based nalang tayo sa ingredients of course based on your skin type.

Here are the Skincare Ingredients you have to look when you buy skincare products
For Oily
-Salicylic Acid (BHA) – This helps to treat your oily skin, it can also help to remove the blackheads and whiteheads by stripping off the outer layer of the skin.
TIP: Apply it on your T-Zone only.
Glycolic Acid – This helps to improve your skin by peeling your skin seamlessly.
TIP: Use a toner that has Glycolic Acid
Recommended Product: Pixi Glow Skin Toner – I super duper love this kahit na medyo pricey.

Niacinamide – This helps to calm inflammation and support healthy collagen production.
One of my Mommy Followers from Instagram shared the secret of using Grapeseed oil and it’s really amazing because we can also use the Oil Cleansing Method like what she said in the comment below.
For dry skin
Aloe Vera – It has antioxidants, vitamin A, enzymes, and anti-inflammatory properties that helps to moisture the dry skin and some of the minor burns
TIP: Much better kapag galing sa ref ang Aloe Vera
Recommended Product: Nature Republic Aloe Vera

Lactic Acid – This is a type of AHA, that will exfoliate your skin in a natural way.
For Normal Skin
This type of skin needs maintenance only and glowing skin, and also don’t forget the sunscreen everyday kahit nasa bahay lang.
Recommended Skincare Products
Fresh Formula is good to go for skin maintenance. However, the Morning Glow might be not good for breastfeeding moms because of the Vitamin A.
The Go Glass is affordable for those moms who have a tight budget, this one is good for you.
I also have reviews for both of these local brands.
For Sunscreen go for Biore UV Perfect Milk because it protects your face and body from harsh and harmful UVA and UVB rays with light, smooth, and water-resistant SPF 50+/PA++++ UV protection.
When it comes to skincare you have to be consistent and it needs a lot of time talaga. Hindi siya instant na kapag nilagay mo sa face mo, ay agad na tatalab. Skincare works up to 6 weeks, apply it twice a day – Morning and Night.
For those who have sensitive and acne-prone skin, it’s better to have a consultation with your Doctor. If you don’t have one, you can check Primorosa Aesthetic Center Facebook Page they have an online consultation – location at Plaridel, Bulacan.
Don’t forget to drink 8-10 glasses of water every day 🙂
Knowing about skin care ingredients and what they do definitely add to how well we can manage our daily skin care routine.
